CCMK Village Hospital Immediate Care Facilities Provide Quick Care and Relief

Hajji C.C.Mohamed Kassim Rowther was educated at St Thomas College, Thrissur and studied BA Literature at the University of Calicut. It was his dream to fulfill his long cherished desire to provide state of art health care facility for the people of Chalakudy. Because of peculiar circumstances the hospital he started in 1978 for the people of Chalakudy was zoned for hospital use to Dr. T.I. Radhakrishnan and later to a group of businessmen. As his son graduated Medicine in the year I989, there were several negotiations for the expansion of this hospital and finally ended with dispute. A case was filed and the matter was in the court for almost 8 years for the eviction. Even though the first favorable decision from lower court came in his favor, he left us at the age of 70 years before the final verdict came from high court.

After his passing away on 03 April 1998, his son Dr, Harid Mohamed fought the case till a final settlement came in the high court in the year 2002. Inspiring his father’s vision he started his effort to modernize the hospital facilities at his finger level. He was joined by his elder brother Er. Mohamed Anwarsha and was supported by his sisters. Maintenance work of the OP block was finished in record time and landscaping was done to adopt CCMK village.
